Caregiver Outbound SMS
- Caregiver Outbound SMS. The only outbound SMS to a Caregiver is when the Cared-For does not confirm a message that requires confirmation.
- Same as the Caregiver Outbound Voice Message. The same message as the one spoken during the Caregiver Outbound Voice flow, is sent as an SMS/Text. It indicated which Cared-For has not confirmed an important message and what that message stated. It warns the Caregiver that they should check on their loved-one.
