Caregiver Outbound Call

  1. Calling the caregiver: The only time the caregiver is called is when a message which they sent with 'confirmation' required, was never confirmed by the cared-for.
  2. Waits to hear 'hello'. Once phone stops ringing the caregiver, the service waits to hear the caregiver answer with a 'hello' or saying anything else. The message is then spoken to say this is TV Messenger and their loved-one named "<name>" hasn't confirmed the message which is then speaks. This is alerting the Caregiver to check up on their loved-one.
