Caregiver Inbound SMS/Text
- Caregiver Inbound SMS/Text: Texting any character or characters starts an SMS transaction session. The service sends a menu of choices to the caregiver. The choice is to send a message or change PIN.
- Changing account being used: You are first given an opportunity to change to a different account if the account number recognized by your caller ID is not the account you wish to use. If you are changing the account, you may text the account number or the account name (its 5 letter name in lower case). This is followed by a request to enter the PIN. A Caregiver can use this to switch to mimic a Cared-For by using their account with a Cared-For's PIN number,
- Type the message to send . You will receive a confirmation that the message has been sent.
