Cared-For Inbound call

  1. Cared-For Inbound: Enter 1 to confirm your messages, 2 to change PIN, or hang up to end the call.
  2. 1a - Confirm your messages: "Please wait while we retrieve your messages". If there are no messages, it will tell you that then say goodbye and hang up.
  3. 1b - You have <#> messages to confirm: Enter 1 to confirm all your messages, press 2 to confirm one at a time. If 1 is entered, all messages are removed from the TV and the system says goodbye to end the call. Entering 1 is like pressing the Wireless Confirmation Button or pressing the confirmation button on the TVM app.
  4. 1c: - If confirming one message at a time: Each message is spoken and you are asked if you wish to confirm or skip each message. Each message confirmed is removed from the TV.
  5. 1d - All messages spoken back: You are told there are no more messages and the call is terminated with a goodbye message.
