Cared-For Inbound SMS

  1. Cared-For Inbound SMS: If the senders number is recognized, you are asking to confirm yu want to use it. You have the opportunity to change to another account and PIN but a Cared-For party really has no need to change it. Assuming you use the account specified, the text exchange continues.
  2. Confirm all or one at a time: Like the inbound Cared-For call flow, you are asked if you wish to confirm all of the messages or one at a time.
