Cared-For Outbound Call

  1. Cared-For Outbound Call. This call occurs when a message has been marked as requiring confirmation, has appeared on the TV in up to 4 different ways already in order to get the attention of the loved-one, and has still not been confirmed. If the 'call out method' for this party specifies 'Phone' as one of the contact methods, then this call is made. 
  2. Told to confirm messages. In a similar manner as when the Cared-For calls in to confirm messages, the same call flow moves forward after telling them that they have messages that require a confirmation.  They can confirm all messages, or confirm/remove one message at a time.
