Cared-For Outbound Call
- Cared-For Outbound Call. This call occurs when a message has been marked as requiring confirmation, has appeared on the TV in up to 4 different ways already in order to get the attention of the loved-one, and has still not been confirmed. If the 'call out method' for this party specifies 'Phone' as one of the contact methods, then this call is made.
- Told to confirm messages. In a similar manner as when the Cared-For calls in to confirm messages, the same call flow moves forward after telling them that they have messages that require a confirmation. They can confirm all messages, or confirm/remove one message at a time.
